Refund Policy

Board of Directors Center of Excellence (BOD COE) Refund Policy.  In the event you want to cancel your attendance at a BOD COE event you must notify info@boardseats.org at least 10 business days before the registered event for a refund (an administration fee of $25 will apply). Cancellations less than 10 business days before the registered event will not be entitled to a refund of any kind and will not be offered an alternative event date. Registrants that do not meet the eligibility requirements will also incur a $25 administration fee.
